The Lausanne CARAMELO Festival
an unmissable musical event in the Lausanne region.

On Sunday, July 06, 2025, the audience at the Place de la Navigation in Lausanne Ouchy vibrated to the sounds of Peruvian maestro CUTO OLAYA, despite the somewhat capricious weather. The singer’s magical voice enchanted the entire audience, who came to enjoy the last concerts and sunshine at the close of the 5th edition of the CARAMELO FESTIVAL. The days before, the CHAO and DORIS LAVIN Y SU COMBO gropups had thrilled salsa fans, who had turned out in the early hours of the morning to enjoy performances by DJ RUMBA, DJ LAYE and DJ YASSER. Workshops by FEDERICA PEDROSO, FRANCO SALSA , MIJAIL GALANO, EMMANUEL ET VIRGINIE, VANESSA MAIA and WALTER ET AUDREY were also a great success. Over 3 days, more than 20 events and concerts were held on the lakeshore in a festive atmosphere, in the presence of a crowd estimated at 6,000 people. The festival would like to thank the extraordinary public who turned out in force. Our thanks also go to the participants, the merchants, our technical team and, above all, our many volunteers. See you in summer 2026 for another edition of one of the most exciting Latin festivals in French-speaking Switzerland.
