The CARAMELO Festival team was made up of around twenty volunteers when it was launched in 2019. It is gradually growing to reach today more than 50 members from all backgrounds and of all generations. At each edition, more than 100 people, artists, technicians and organizational teams combine their efforts and enthusiasm for several months. As part of its overall human resources management policy, the CARAMELO Festival of Lausanne is attentive to promoting respect for professional equality between men and women, both in terms of access to all professions and in the fight against sexual harassment, sexist actions and discriminatory behavior.
